cPanel Consulting and Management Services
cPanel has been one of the most widely used hosting control panels for many years, and as a web hosting provider I have managed and maintained countless cPanel servers for both my own operations and for customers. With modern cPanel licensing and virtualization options, it is now practical to build dedicated systems for your business or project. That gives your business its own hosting environment, including a static IP when needed, with additional IP addresses available if required.
A dedicated hosting environment can provide more control, more consistent performance, and a more professional foundation for your websites and internet services. cPanel licenses typically start around $15 per month, and I do not resell them.
cPanel Management
cPanel handles many updates automatically, but that does not mean a server is fully maintained. In many environments, updates still need to be reviewed, related services need to be checked, and required reboots may still need to be performed. cPanel also continues to evolve in response to changes in the hosting industry, and while improvements are often beneficial, updates can also introduce configuration problems or service issues that need attention.
Hosting is not just about keeping software updated. A production server also needs to be configured, monitored, and operated in a way that keeps websites, email, DNS, and related services available, secure, and performing properly for users and customers.
I offer two levels of monthly management. This includes updates, initial configuration and adjustment as needed, and consultation regarding disaster recovery, operating system lifespan, required reboots, backup strategy, and security features. If your server is hosted with me, management is $50 per month. If your server is hosted elsewhere, management is $100 per month.
cPanel System Work
All servers eventually develop problems that affect service in one way or another. Whether a user is not receiving email, a website is not loading correctly, DNS is failing, or something else has gone wrong, I can help troubleshoot and resolve it. My services include work related to cPanel itself as well as the internet infrastructure concepts that go along with it. DNS, email, websites, hosting configuration, and related operational issues are all part of that work. I continue to support all versions of cPanel.
Support is offered on a per-incident basis, with additional time billed at $50 per hour.
I offer Urgent Service, which means your issue goes to the front of the line and, in many cases, I can begin work while we are still on the phone. If the problem is urgent, it is best to call directly and clearly say that you need urgent service.
I also offer Rush Service, where your work request is usually completed the same day or within 24 hours. Rush jobs begin after any urgent work already in progress.
Standard Service is available for non-emergency work at the minimum charge and places you on the work list, which may take a few days depending on current workload. Server de-hacking and data recovery are treated as urgent service because of the time-sensitive nature of that work.
Operating system service, troubleshooting, adjustments, email problems, and recovery work are all available. If I cannot directly fix the issue, I can usually provide a practical recovery path.
If I access your server and determine that it has been compromised, I will contact you as soon as possible.

- Additional time is billed at $50 per hour
