cPanel has been the most popular control panel for over 15 years and as a Webhosting provider, I have used and maintained countless cPanel servers for myself and various customers. With the new generation of cPanel licensing and virtualization, we can now create dedicated systems for your business or project. This gives your business it’s own static IP where you can serve all your websites from. additional IP’s are also available. When search engines look at your Webhosting they will find a professional and dedicated business that they can believe is real and not just another spammy website. cPanel licenses start at $15 a month and I do not resell them.
That said, I offer the following services…
cPanel Management
cPanel will do automatic updates but unless your paying for a system that automatically does the updates and optional reboots, it won’t reboot leaving you with an insecure server. cPanel is also very responsive to the needs of the Webhosting community and is constantly making improvements to their control panel. Then improvements not only make things better but sometimes break things along the way for various reasons that come up regularly. Webhosting means that your server needs to stay not just updated, but configured and operated in a way that it will be there when customers come along and not respond slowly, or poorly, or even as a hacked website.
I provide only two levels of monthly management in which I do your updates, initialize and configure things as needed, and consult you on the status of your system in regards to disaster recovery, the longevity of the current operating system, reboots, backup systems, and security features. If your server is hosted with me, I charge $50 a month and if your server is hosted elsewhere it’s $100 a month. Please note: I live 15 minutes away from the datacenter I use.
cPanel system work
From time to time all servers have little problems that cause service outages for users at some point. It doesn’t matter if it’s a user not getting their mail, websites not showing up, or something just went south, it’s something that I can help you with. My services include everything related to cPanel and the Internet concepts that go along with that. DNS is my friend for example and I still support all versions of cPanel to this day.
Throughout the years support levels have stayed the same. I charge per on a per-incident basis with a maximum time limit based on $50/hr
I offer URGENT service where “You are next” and most of the time I can start working on the problem while we are on the phone… it’s best to call when you have an urgent matter… Please make sure you say you want urgent service right away when contacting me… I also offer RUSH service where your work request is completed the same day or within 24 hours in most cases… Please note that all urgent work is completed before rush jobs are started… I also have STANDARD service so if your not in a big hurry I can do the work at my minimum charge and that gets you “On the List” which can take up to a few days sometimes… Server De-hacking and data recovery are treated the same as urgent service.
Operatng System Service, Troubleshooting, adjustments, eMail problems, Whatever it is, I can fix it or provide you with a recovery path.
If I get into your server and find that you have been hacked I will contact you asap!
My Prices
- Standard Service puts you on the list and is $50 which includes 1 hour
- Rush service is within 24hrs and is $100 which includes 4 hours
- Urgent service means you are next and is $150 which includes 4 hours
- Additional hours are billed at the rate of $50/hr
